if your heartrate is that high then there may be an issue. But Tachycardia for several days is not good.

Please call emergency services or seek a doctor. I understand you are scared, but it's not worth possibly getting worse or losing your life over.

May just be due to the caffeine, but it's worth seeing somebody anyway to be safe

Drinking that much caffeine can lead to other problems.
