I've definitely been there for months on end. It felt like I'd never be able to get myself on my feet and that everyone around me was so much better. The best advice I can give you is to fake it till you make it, act confident and you WILL be confident. That's what I did, and I'm so much better than I was last year. Remember that you are amazing the way you are, not being good at games or not being with women doesn't define who you are and how awesome you are. It took me a while to realize that but keep remembering that you are worth it
