Cause annoyance at something and wanting to harm the thing are very different reactions
Huh.. I've never heard of that extreme of a reaction.. I'm not sure exactly how to help cuz I'm not sure why it would get to you to that extent
I would recommend headphones/earphones with music / noise canceling or ear plugs, but idk if that's something you're comfortable using
Yeah that definitely sounds difficult to live with. If it doesn't seem like other people will work with you to make sure you're comfortable (like letting you use headphones and stuff) maybe it could help to.. ya know... smoke/eat/take some stuff? It won't get rid of it, but maybe it could help your brain calm down? My partner uses it to calm down their tourettes. Also could be worth talking to a doctor or phycologist and seeing if they could prescribe you something that could help you "chill out" so to speak.
I would also talk with a therapist because they often help people with anger issues. They might be able to give you some advice to handle the anger and stress noises cause.
Damn 0-0 that sounds really not fun, I'm so sorry you have to suffer like that.
