it might be the lack of sleep I had problems similar and went to the hospital and they told me this, if it ain’t the same thing I would suggest maybe try reaching professional help :)
It's probably worth asking your doctor for a therapist/phyciatrist if you don't know of anything that could be causing it. You don't have to tell the doctor what's going on exactly, just that you need to see someone. Keep a journal in the meantime of any meds you've taken and how you've been sleeping and such
Ah well then definitely talk to them about it
Do they seem like they'd be judgy or something?
That's fair
Still, you should say something if you think they could help
At least trust in their professionalism and knowledge if trusting them as a person is difficult
That's probably something you could mention to the doctor after talking to your phycologist
I mean, how would you say your eating habits are? It could help to drink more water or switch up your diet
Like, are you drinking enough water? Or eating food with good nutrition? Those things can effect your bodies ability to function properly
I know my head and stomach would hurt all the time when I was taking meds and not drinking/eating enough.
I'd definitely see if you can buy a good sized water bottle that you can keep by you all the time
Try to drink it all at least every day
I just know medical professionals usually won't do anything unless you eat/drink better and show that that isn't the problem
