I know that I have a Long way to go but the idea of having free time freaks me out. I didn't like it during the pandemic.

Before I say anything else, can you define “having free time”?

Just the everyday definition that most people use.

So boredom and having nothing to do is your biggest concern?
The thought of being a 9-5 robot and having no hobbies (other than maybe gaming) is a scary thought for lots. To relate to this, I myself also think about this a lot so I try to think of things I could do to fill in the gaps. Some examples that hopefully might pique your interest are
automobiles (personally motorcycles)
agriculture (indoor plants, outdoor mini farms, those little bottled ecosystems)
arts and craft (paper folding, painting, pottery, photography, etc.)
Just to name a few. If these are not in your best interests though, what are some things that you would like to try out and what’s stopping you from doing it?

Health problems.

Also doing a hobby full-time. Makes it not be a hobby.

Ah okay, sorry I couldn’t be of much help then. Just to add on, maybe you could do another hobby that impacts your life in a different way since your current full time hobby isn’t considerably a hobby to you anymore. Things such as running, yoga, and meditation.
what is your current full time hobby?

Gaming.
