Hi! I'm also a beginner animator! A 3D one, i also find it scary how if i won't be able to achieve my highs today, i won't make it in time. But i realised that i can always learn, even if i will be in my 20's, i will still be able to persuade my passion. If it doesn't turn out with school timings, you can always try to go for a full time career! There are lessons for 2d animation, and collages if possible. I am also unsure how it is with ADHD, but i heard that there are ways to battle it easily, try asking someone in the psychology field or research on the topic, there are surely ways to help you focus more! I hope that it will turn out amazing for you, and you will succeed in your dream! 💙

i see, i heard there are a lot of resources online, do you have a psychologist or a doctor that talks to you about it?
no no, i meant like an irl doctor
i see. Do you have a school therapist?
ridiculous on what?
but you were diagnosed with ADHD
oh, self diagnose
Self diagnosing is not fine, you cannot really truly know what's happening, if you want a proper diagnose, please go to a therapist or a doctor so he can do a proper check up
quote "Not only is self-diagnosing bad, but it can also be dangerous. If you jump to conclusions about the condition you're suffering from, you may begin wrongful treatment. When individuals self-diagnosis psychological syndromes, they can miss a medical disease that contributes to their symptoms."
you probably should do that as soon as possible, if you suspect you have a mental illness, it should be taken serious
if your parents ignore you on the request, then probably yes, it will be better if you go to a school therapist if they don't want to diagnose you
that's totally fine
no problem 💙
cya!
