Tbh, having a staff role is pretty useless anyways isnt it? Sure you have a superior role to others + you may feel like you belong in the server more, but in the end that role doesnt define your ability to help others, or deny the help that you alredy gave.

Dont waste your time clinging to a label given to you by literal children. The help that you gave and the personal growth/experience that you shared with people in need matters, not a role. Have a good day.
