It isn’t worth ending your life over a relationship, it may feel like you’ve lost everything, and it may be hard to move on, but if he has done these things, then I think it’s clear that things are done. I still loved my partner, but I’ve accepted the fact that I need to try and move on.

Some things aren’t worth holding on to, and this is most likely one of those things.
Don't take up bad habits as a result to try and fix the pain, and you also shouldn't suppress those emotions either. It will only make things worse. Instead, take care of yourself and build good habits.
Take care of yourself by regularly eating and drinking, brushing your teeth, showering, taking your medications, etc. Cry when you feel like you have to cry because if you let your body get used to the pain then you won't be able to, and then everything will build up.
