i understand that stuff like that is hard, and no one said life is easy cause that would be a lie

but you have people around you which is good

take it one day at a time, breath and get through it

#

you have support

#

and you will find that feeling your missing

honestly, im feeling loss as well

my childhood friend passed just last week due to her heart failing (shes had two heart transplants in her life)

and it sucks

but i'd rather her not suffer than suffer living

There’s a saying I try to live by, one an author said. Death is like a shipwreck, when the waves destroy your ship, you cling to anything left of it. Until eventually it has all sank, then it’s just you and the waves. They crash on you until you feel like you can’t breathe, but eventually they get smaller. And though you still feel smaller waves, they aren’t as devastating as the big ones.

The key is to wait it out until the small waves come about. Which is where I’m struggling
