you should reach for professional help. gender has nothing to do with mental health, surprisingly a lot of men deal with depression, and it’s not enough spoken in society. It’s not a question of you need to man up. You have the right to feel this way and it’s okay, you are soon an adult so many responsibilities slowly enters your life it’s normal to feel overwhelmed by it. There isn’t a lot to do but to let it pass or go get help, sometimes trying something new in your life can also help, like a new friend or a new hobby. It won’t go away with a blink, it will take time but in all people, you are the one with the power to go ask help and change. You can do it I believe in you, Try to find yourself a small goal every day, it helps gaining you motivation even if you don’t feel like it, give small goals at first; do your bed in the morning, or go finish your homework before its too late. The only answer to go through it is to stand up and leave the shadows, it’s hard and long but it’s worth it, don’t worry, you are not finished meeting all the ones that will love you, they will keep coming by time into your life.
i can be fine with the thought of doing little goals and stand up and leave the shadows but I cannot reach for professional help whatsoever. My family would know and I'd prefer if they'd not know what im going through. I can find peace with the thought of just letting it pass aswell my only question is how many times will this occur again and how long is this going to last really. I know you couldn't have a specific answer to that and you shouldn't. I should just like you said wait and see whenever it'll come to pass
what you said is not much but it's enough to fill me with a certain hope
thank you man take care I'll do my thing
happy to help, you can go through it I believe it
