You need to overcome your fear and call the police if it ever does happen again.
You can call the police for animal abuse too as well.
If you call the police and your father is convicted of it. He could face fines or imprisonment.

It's ok to feel like that but everyone here including me and the others who are talking to you are happy that you were born and I'm proud of you for taking the step towards getting more help and asking for help from people and trust me i know how hard it is to reach out for help but I'm proud that you did
