Are you in school I presume?
That’s completely okay.
Everybody needs help.
You should talk to your guidance counselor and tell them about this. By law they are required to help you if you do.
This is something your parents should know about.
That way they can get you proper medical help. And hopefully get you on some medication.
You shouldn’t be.
And why are you scared of them?
You should call the police whenever that happens.
The police will be able to help you as well.
The only thing that’s happening to me right now is depression from a breakup.
But my former partner has a shitty father like you do
Don’t be sorry.
Again. Everybody needs help.
But whenever my partner had issues with their shitty father I always kept telling them to call the police, but she never did
Which is why I am telling you.
Why not?
You can text 911
But usually they would ask you if they can call you
Well now you do
If anything, lock yourself in your room or in the bathroom if you have to call
Sure.
Do you know why that is?
It would be best if you get rid of all sharp objects
Why?
You shouldn’t listen to your brain, you should listen to your heart.
You in a relationship?
That’s great.
Have you experienced any trauma or PTSD?
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
How so?
You seem to trust the person that you are in a relationship with.
You should see a therapist if possible.
When was the last time you saw your doctor?
Your doctor would be able to refer you.
It’s just the whole thing with insurance coverage.
She can help with that.
You should be, she is there to help you, not hurt you.
Doctors take an oath for a reason.
Well, the touching is normal. That’s what any doctor has to do with a checkup
I wonder why she was touching you then.
If your not comfortable with her, then maybe you should see if you can switch doctors.
You should ask her.
Well if you don’t want to tell anybody, and you don’t want to tell your doctor. Then the only other solution I could see here is either calling 911 or calling Child Protective Services.
Because your household does not seem like a very good place to be.
You have to take initiative. You also need to learn to not be afraid as much.
I am going to go now. If you are in crisis or need anything else from me, then feel free to dm @keen grove
And if you ever think of suicide then call the suicide hotline. The number is in #crisis-hotlines
