I don't believe that I can do it

I dream of becoming and actress but in my country it feels impossible because nobody is producing good movies. I am afraid that I can't fufill my dreams here but I can't move in another country either because I don't wanna be far from my family .I am good at it I'm in the first year of an art high school and I'm studying the art of acting , I'm the one of the best in my high school but still I feel like I would fail and I need to find a boring and stable job so I will not starve to death. What should I do? Should I follow my dream blindly or find somrthing else? Cause I know for sure that in my country I won't do anything that I like. (Romania)
