This guy sent me a picture of himself and I wanted him to go away so I lied and said I was 8 so he would hopefully stop. He didn’t. I told him my mommy said they were bad pictures and to stop. He replied with something like “they are good. Now be a good little princess and takes yours (bra) off” I was in utter shock. Anyways I will edit this if I get more stuff from this guy

Take evidence of the conversation and send a police report to your local authorities.
Block him and never interact with people that send NSFW content out of nowhere.
That person definitely has a severe mental illness, so just don't.
