I've been having nightmares/dreams about being murdered or killed in some way they're very realistic and they're getting worse I don't know what to do about it.
I've tried calming music a weighted blanket and sleep medicine non of it is working I'm getting to the point of being terrified to sleep
and when I wake up from these dreams I feel pain where I got hurt in the dream it's horrible and sleep is becoming harder and harder to deal with
