Rules in pins, which are not from staff.

Some pins in channels have additional rules, which should be followed by user posting in those channels. I think it would be a good idea to repost them by present mods to be taken more seriously and to update them to current policy (People were posting Fall Guy skeleton image, so I assume it is now allowed).
For example there are few pinned messages with rules written by me, especially in media channels and one from Spooder.
It will also allow to pick everything in one big post, which will also remind rules in new post.
And in #pets invitation is created by deleted user.
