So the game runs fine except when i turn with my mouse, it stutters like crazy and its a slideshow. I've tried messing with the settings, starting the game as admin, it still happens.
my specs are cpu AMD r7 5700x3d, RX 7900 GRE and 32GB ram @3200mhz.

The fps and stutter problems have been going on since the game was released, It has only gotten worse over the years and its currently in the worst state its ever been in since the new dlc released, anyone on a 30xx, 40xx or 50xx gpu has been hit the hardest because the engine is so outdated it does not know how to use them correctly :l
