I've spent over 15000 essence across 2 runs refreshing on the starting spiritual peddler and have yet to have Super Link pop up a single time. I am high enough level in the seasonal pass to have it, I just can't seem to get it.
Is this a bug or am I just really really unlucky

the Super Link blessing doesn't appear at all if you do not have any of these links: Thunderstorm, Elemental Nova, and/or Corrosive Thorns.
