The community can't do much if you don't provide the most important information, being your computer specs.

I am having constant FPS stutters as well

PC specs:
CPU: i9 9900kf
Memory: 64gb RAM @3600 mt/s
Graphics: Intel Arc A770 16gb Limited Edition
Operating System: Windows 11 Home 24H2
Intalled on a NVMe drive.
Game resolution:1440p

same with me, for some reason the longer i stay in an encounter, the worse my fps gets

itll start off at liek 260+ fps, then drop all the way down to like 14, whenever i open any gui though, the fps goes high, and then when i close it, the fps tanks again
