Couple Scroll ideas

Matter Converter sounds horrible. Not only does it do nothing itself, but it forces you to randomly sacrifice another scroll, likely one which you want, in order to get another scroll that may or may not be one you want.

At least when Curiosity Box and Effective Split give you random scrolls they have the decency to not touch your current scrolls, and offer more scrolls to boot!

Demonic Drainer is fine though. Might actually make people switch up their strategy a little if their Spirit Feline gets disabled briefly.

Yeah Matter Converter isn't the best idea ever, just something at the top of my head
but I think the enemy effect would be quite unique

That's also pretty bad, but not as bad as the scroll itself.

Yes it might give the enemies something tame or useless, but it might also give them something you absolutely don't want them to have, like Lightless Shield.

I think the Matter Converter is a nifty idea but, maybe if it was more of a vendor then a scroll. Like a device that has a chance of spawning out on your runs which allows you to give it a scroll or so of your choosing, and in return maybe get another back. Maybe it even allows you to combine 2 scrolls of a similar rarity to generate a random better tier scroll or so, up to legendary tier
