Make Cooldown Scrolls Like Ancient Timer or Terminal Lucidity Affect Li's Recovery Speed

Li is already considered OP. Why would you want to make her even more OP? Especially considering that her ascensions are already designed to compensate for the scrolls doing nothing.

Energetic Spirit for example is an equivalent to +1/2/2 primary skill capacity AND -72/-86/-91% cooldown.

Endless Wildfires is a 5%/10%/16.7% cooldown recovery per kill AND a 20/30/50% chance to immediately recover the use. Something else like Heart of Battle would be, without other cooldown reductions, equivalent to 4.1/8.3/12.5% cooldown recovery with NO secondary effect.

well my intial idea with the whole thing is that maybe altering the mentioned scrolls so that every character can be affected by them rather like say qing yan with stuff like sliver medal or what not

The only good reason why she would ever need the ability to use them properly is if her Spiritual Flame ascensions get nerfed into the ground, and with how the devs work, that's not happening any time soon.

ehhh i mean who knows they MIGHT change her balancing even tho yes it is bit of a stretch to expect them to do such a thing

Let me put this a different way. They'd be more likely to add this suggestion without nerfing her to make her even more OP, than to nerf her for any reason for any reasonable amount of time.
