All I did was load up my Xbox and loaded up gunfire just to see all of my saved progress had been reset to zero. I looked in the game saves to see if my previous file had been saved and there is also nothing there. I was max level and had every character now I’m left with nothing. Can anybody help fix this?

This just happened to me, I thought it was just a bug that would fix itself but I am completely lost. How did I fix

You can firstly check if you had activated the option of Steam cloud for the game.
If it is on, you may find your file in steam\userdata\steamID\1217060\remote
If you still couldn't restore it, pls contact [email protected] with your platform ID, Level in game and other information you consider useful. Our colleagues will help you out.

I emailed them, and got absolutely no where. They just say "Hello, we have followed up and provided feedback on the relevant situation for you. Thank you!" Nothing else.
