In this case, it's additive. It would only be double if you only had 1 bonus. Since 2 bonuses exist, the moment you get both it becomes inaccurate.

+100% would be more accurate, because it uses the same additive description that damage, lucky shot, movement speed and many other things follow.

he just does not have the ability to indiscriminately wipe rooms like tao or li does

there is the thought of possibly trying to make use of the instakill inscription on woodpecker
