#Save data corrupted

I just installed the game again and was met with this screen after launching. Verifying game files and re-installing doesn't seem to do anything.

I managed to fix it, but I'm not sure what ended up being the fix. I restarted my pc, disabled and re-enabled steam cloud, and then redownloaded the game without the DLC where I was able to get to main screen with save loaded successfully.
