Bleed enhanced monsters self-inflict with Fire Enthusiast

Enemies enhanced with Bleed that also have the Fire Enthusiast scroll will inflict Bleed on themselves.

It does no damage (just like the Burning effect does no damage) and is separate from Bloody Drill's bleed, but it does visibly show.
