It has no reason to be unable to handle it now, and that might still only be a possibility if crashes still happen.
Remember, they added in Thunderous Arcanum and increased the enemy max HP increase only after they added Endless, and they did the HP increase in response to Endless which was the first thing the game wasn't designed to handle.
So the only reason why the game might have a chance of adding in something it couldn't handle is because the devs added in something it couldn't handle then were required to fix it.

I have 3 scrolls, sanguine relic, elemental magazine, and magic watch and the 2 remnants I have are overconsumption and essence drainer. Take It All blessing and an offhand corrosion launcher
Ultimate Firearm makes it easier for you to find a piercing flame with that inscription
If you dont want to find a corrosion launcher then just use any launcher as the offhand but take painkiller too
