We also don't have much communication with the main dev team, as they are based out of Hong Kong iirc, and the language barrier is large. we do have BoltGun, but not a whole lot of communication is allowed out. I couldn't tell you how much of the xbox version is controlled by the main team though.

Depends. Enemies have modifiers that can affect it, there is a dream that allows them to obtain scrolls that can make it even harder
and also, you gotta play into the elements in R# difficulties

Do only legendaries scrolls and upgrade/reset everything that isn't legendary. DO NOT pick up effective split, curiosity box, or break the ice
Picking up any scroll other than legendary will ruin your chances of getting the frame, so be extra careful
Resetting scrolls will be your best friend

But the one I refer to is "+1.0x CritX for the next shot and drops ammo for current weapon when defeating an enemy with crit hit."
It used to be just "Drops ammo for current weapon when defeating an enemy with crit hit."
If you're doing one shot one kill, an extra +1.0x CritX is pretty significant.

I could be wrong, but from how I think they work, while you use the ammo of the respective scroll, it would drain/consume the ammo of other ammo types to grant a buff to the current weapon

Normal Ammo for example, for every 1 normal ammo you use, you also use 1 large ammo and 1 special ammo, getting +30% weapon damage for each large/special ammo consumed.
In the case above, you'd get +60%.
If you consumed 8 normal ammo however... consume 8 large/special ammo and get up to +480% weapon damage.

I do know people have posted in #1060159100006178816 about losing their save data and can be sent a new file. Unsure if they're able to send you YOUR file tho. It'd probably be a generic one with game data that isn't yours, but it'd be leveled up.
