Hyperfixation on hatsukoi memories and ocassional difficulties interpreting social situations (ie. assumimg Iruma bumping into her in the hallway was a deliberate seduction technique instead of an accident.) and tendency to overthink those social situations.

it's not exactly concentration, but the ability to control and direct your concentration properly. As in inability to concentrate on a boring task but ability to hyperfocus on an interesting task for hours. And one way to get better at concentration is to control the stimulation lv by ie. listeing to music while reading a book to help with understimulation or getting noise cancelling headphones to block out distractions to help with overstimulation. Lied's HF training focused on the former.
