I can't zoom in or click my model to move it around the application, she's just stuck there in the middle

Go to your hotkeys. Make a new hotkey and click on hotkey action and search for remove all items from scene and select it.

Set a key for it and run the hotkey

Remove the hotkey after that

#

That might fix it as there is a very very very rare bug that if an item load at an exact frame when loading up vts the item explodes in size and you will never see it but it is in front of your model and you and moving and zooming the item instead.

yes, its happening with 2 models currently, i can go through them all to double check if that helps

on the side menu make sure the yellow lock looks like this
