Webcam isn't showing up in webcam list in VTS (Steam) | VTube Studio Headquarters | Page 1

Whenever I've tried to select my webcam in the Choose Camera (Under Webcam Tracking) there is nothing. I don't know why it doesn't show up as I've tried reconnecting the webcam cord to another plug on my PC, tried uninstalling and reinstalling VTube Studio on Steam to make sure it's all the way updated and good, but still it won't show.

Is the webcam showing up in other programs? Is the webcam software/drivers installed

oh hmm.. maybe that could be it

I didn't know it needed a certian software or thing

I can ask my dad about it (the one who gave me it)

but it hasn't been showing up in any other place

Welp my dad wasn't of any help. He says "it should just work and show up."
