Hi! Im on a laptop and I have been using Vtube Studio for the past two months with no issues. However today, It's not detecting my camera at all and I can't figure out why.

I got to press the Camera On button it doesnt work. nothing pops up for calibration, at all
I verified game files, restarted as adminstrator, checked camera settings everything is how it should be

SO I went to Beta in vtubestudio and picked this one (attached) and the camera is detected now. and calibration and everything works. But only in the beta. In the most current version it is not.
Let me run through this checklist.
Ok I've done what I could on the checklist except the unplug webcam thing as mine is built in as its a gaming laptop, and moving the folder.
I will try moving the folder now
Ok so i moved the folder and opened it all up and it still doesnt detect my camera
