Vtube studio refuses to open my camera and crashes

i dont know whats happening my vtube studio was working fine per usual and now today its crashing constantly and when it does open refuses to open my camers help please ??

How do I find my VTS logs?

Please navigate to the local files of VTS. This can be done in Steam by clicking on the ⚙️ gear icon then Manage > Browse Local Files (see image below)

If you are on Windows, please navigate to
VTube Studio_Data\StreamingAssets\Logs

If you are on Mac, please navigate to
VTubeStudio.app\Contents\Resources\Data\StreamingAssets\Logs

...and then find the most relevant log (probably the newest one).

yes ive done everything there and nothng works

the second i even click to change my camera everythign crashes

thats if i can even open it in the first place \

only thing i cant do form that list i sthe visual cc that refuses to install

i do not understand why, however from research that ive done, for SOMEREASON metaverses app messes with vtube studio ??(if you have it )( the new update) and the way to avoid the issues it causes you is too use the beta version fo vtube studio
