Change VTS Model Button Not working

Hello! The new Vtube Studio Update just kind of broke everything and when I open it the "Change VTS Model" button just doesn't work? Like at all?

I've tried restarting and reinstalling, the only thing that works is for me to use a beta version and an earlier version and it's becoming frustrating.

Logs also don't say anything is wrong

but the button just. doesnt work even when i press it multiple times
