Toggle animation suddenly stopped working

Hello! I have had the model I am currently using since around last year and I haven't had any issue like this before. The other day when I booted up my model like normal, and used my crying toggle which is supposed to have the tears streaming down her face, the animation for the tears is no longer working and are just stuck suspended in mid-air and I am at a loss for how to fix this issue. Any help appreciated!

It seems like the breahting animation is also not functioning. I am going to try and see if I can redownload the model files and test if that version has the same issue
