I want to add key combos (alt, shift, ctrl + key) to toggles but for some reason if I make one toggle shift+N1 it will trigger the toggle assigned to just N1. Does anyone know how i can fix this?

Fix keyboard hotkey modifier behavior

Let's say you have two hotkeys:

A: Ctrl + X
B: X

When you press Ctrl and then X, both hotkeys will activate instead of just A. The expected behavior would be just A activating.

It should work this way for the modifier keys Ctrl, Alt and Shift.
