So I have my model in the studio and its all great. works fine, all calibrated well.
However, when I go to another program(OBS for example), the tracking shifts, as if I tilted my head downwards(see images, first is when I am in studio)
I have restarted, ran both programs as admin, put vtube studio in separate desktop, but nothing is working. Not sure what is causing this, please help

Could be a lighting issue as when you are changing windows you are chaning the light level coming from your screens. Try making sure there is enough light on your face by having the room light on or a desk lamp or ring light etc.
