#Pixelated parts

I tried search and found someone with the same problem, but looked like they didn't find a solution for the problem. So, my problem is that in Vtube studio, some of my parts have this weird pixelated texture in edges. I made texture atlas 100% so all parts are as they should be regarding their size. In live2d viewer the model looks like it should, no pixelated parts. The pixelated edge comes when uploading model to vtube studio. I have tried to upload different models multiple times but that pixelated edge won't go away. The model looks normal in live2d cubism and it's viewer before and after exporting. Here are few pictures of the problem. And as you can see, it's not full mesh, just random edges. Help would be really appreciated!
