Had the issue of when I turned the camera on through vtuber studio it turned on for a second or so and then fully turned off it was not webcam specific.
The error the logs returned is attached.
turns out that the issue was I was running mozilla vpn in the background and it caused this problem. The issue has been resolved I just thought this was worth reporting.
Running on Windows 10 pro, version 22H2

adding to this, using the vpns exclusion policy does not fix it, I have to fully turn off my vpn if I want to use vtuber studio

Okay this was mentioned a lot already in the support archive I just used the wrong keywords during search guys it might be a good idea to add this known issue to the webcam troubleshooting page
