Are you using a colour based-catpure thingy, like chroma key? If so i'd reccomend trying Spout2 plugin, it is easier on your hardware, and captures your model better than other ways

chroma key and green screen can have that transparency problem (I don't know if your transparency issue is
100% because of that, but I assume so)
