i did a factory reset of my pc and now the webcam won't work anymore in vtube studio.
it turns on for a few secs, but tracking doesn't starts, and it shuts down again.
already tried to check if other apps are using webcam, but there's none, tried to reinstal vc+ and check file integrity on steam.
don't know what else i could do
