I turned on Vtube Studio today and suddenly my webcam just doesn't work anymore.

It works fine on other sites and Discord, but once I open up Vtube Studio it stops working on every app.

Ok so update

I did the OBS Virtual Cam trick and it's working

Exception: Failed to start capture.
DShowCapture failed. Falling back to escapi for device .
Escapi failed. Falling back to OpenCV. If this fails, please change your camera settings.
