I am using iFacialMocap and Vbridger with VtubeStudio, and so since I am not using the VtubeStudio app for tracking, Akari is now just stays on the VtubeStudio screen at all times. Is there anything I can do?

The Webcam DLC covers removing the akari watermark when using plugins.

Yes, but I should note, if you plan to use your iPhone directly with VTS, then the remove watermark DLC does not carry over/is not equivalent to iOS VTS Pro

But I hadn't used Vbridger with VtubeStudio before.

If you use VTS Mobile with Vbridger while maintaining the direct connection between mobile and desktop, then the watermark will disappear as well.

Is there a benefit to using VTS Mobile vs iFacialMocap to connect to Vbridger?

iFacialMocap gives you yet another additional set of settings to fine tune the tracking data within its app. But if you aren't changing any settings in ifacial then they are identical
