Curious if I could link the settings between, VTS on phone and pc some how, so I can adjust Eyes and stuff easier, because the model gets hidden behind the wall of settings on IOS.

Everything you configure and change in your model inside VTS is saved to a file inside of that model's folder. You should be fine if you configure parameters etc. the way you want on your PC and afterwards copy the model folder to your phone again.
