It's unlocked ^-^. I tried restarting it with it locked and unlocked but nothing so far

Would you be willing to reinstall vtube studio? (Make sure to back up your modem file so you don't lost most of the custom stuff you set up)

I restarted one last time and for some reason it fixed! It may have just been a bug, apologies!
