This is just the raw shell of my concept, any ideas or insight would be appreciated:) I am toying with walls/depth styles and considering making each section a "mini biome" of sorts" with a large garden in the center acting as the centerpiece

Hey dont doubt yourself like that!! This is the first "circular" build ive ever attempted from Minecraft to Terraria to...anything top down really. I used a simple "Minecraft circle generator" as the template. Only for the shell! I have never wanted to use like those tools to help build (im old and like the adventure of learning myself) but after seeing everyone's builds here I figured circle is the way
To make sure everything was lined properly, I used floors to map the template to keep the mat cost low and make sure it was even
