This is the start of a highly efficient settlement (i hope, lol).

Steps:

have villagers be active 100% of the time and reduce the amount of walking
Give every villager the Ravenlord-Set and flags EVERYWHERE! SPEED, MORE SPEED!
...
MONEY!

I mean.. it would be more efficient if the builds where offset but.. i already configured restricted areas for most and have dedicated "food delivery" so they just have to move from house to work to house, etc.. 😄

I still have to add "warehouses" and dedicated haulers just grabbing stuff and move it to the main storage

Due to the grid layout they are 10x13, because the rooms are 10x6 so i get the room happieness boost.

However.. i am fairly sure that they are overproducing right now, because quite a lot of my farmers got a ravenlords set and.. basically zoom around the map.
