I discovered this bug right from the S400 update. Basically, SAMFUTURE and S400 cannot run simultaneously; only one of them can operate at a time. More specifically, this issue occurs when you place multiple S400 and SAMFUTURE units at the same time (you can test this using the x6asug code). With fewer units, this won't happen immediately; you'll have to press "test level", let it run for a while, then "exit test", and then press "test level" again (you may need to do this several times). At first, I thought it was a problem with my device, until I tried it on several other devices. I usually fix it by exiting the game and reopening it, but it still happens repeatedly.
