I received 3 points instead of 39 points in race 2 at GP (Brazil GP, Singapore race) despite finishing P3 and P8. No disconnection. I have pictures and video of the whole race and debrief until coming back to GP main screen (standings). Rival received the correct points, I did not.

After yesterday's update when I forfeit a game the sound resets. I normally keep sound bar at 30% after pressing forfeit it immediately went back to 100%

Game crashes. It happened twice during Hun GP (once during a race and once during qualifying, had to abandon the GP because it awarded me 3 points), once when opening a crate and several times launching the app (on the first "stop" of the progress bar). It didn't happen until yesterday, ever.

It happens at random and at different times. Cannot reproduce it consistently, just by trying to play.

Cars in many tracs, at first corners slow down without any reason. Many times they almost stop. Just watch any real F2 or F3 race - often there are as much as 3 cars side by side in corners and they don't slow down.

When I use boosts, often more boosts than supposed to disappear. So for instance, I used a downforce boost on one of my drivers for one of the GP races. When I equipped my driver with the downforce boost, I had two downforce boosts. (After equipping my driver with one of these boosts, I should have one downforce boost left). After the race finished I go to my boosts, and I have 0 downforce boosts. This has happened often, and just happened with ballad boost I was using on one of my drivers. I started off with 5 ballad boosts and equipped one of them. After the game finished, I only had 2 ballad boosts remaining.

I have accidently pressed the "buy" button for a pop-up deal for a legendary crate, malediction boosts and a pile of coins for a price of 750 bucks. I did not have the confirmation pop-up to cancel my purchase. This accident happened because the pop-up is placed right in front of the "play" button in the home screen of the game. Given the time taken to build up 750 bucks, all lost because of a pop-up screen that is placed right in front of the play button, I would like to have my 750 bucks back and have all the rewards in the deal removed from my account.

Installed app on the newest IPhone and there is major visual glitches in the entire animation of races. Tires seem to not be in sync with car. I was playing the game earlier on the older IPhone model XS and this visual glitch did not happen

There is a weird graphics glitch all the way through every race where lines and dots protrude from the cars.

It happens all the way through every race, continuously. It’s just a graphics bug. The cars set off from the start and the glitch is there immediately.

I am getting matched in gp event with drivers a level ahead of mine and as a result opponent drivers are starting in front row in gp event and getting unfair advantage, I have kimi lvl 8 and ham lvl 6 and getting matched with ham lvl 7 and verstappen lvl 7

Issue with gp qualifying logic post update to 1.11, match is being made based on set up followed by drivers and if matched with same set up and higher level drivers than mine , opponent always starting ahead of me and getting unfair advantage.
Ideally it should be drivers first and then set up while doing match making because higher level driver with slightly low set up will always start ahead of lower level drivers with slightly higher set up.

Game stuck on starting screen every time I launch, i tried reinstalling the game and everything works fine until I connect the game with Facebook then the problem starts again

Example: Stroll ignores pit stop on lap 4, I mark to pit stop next lap and it gets ignored too (lap 5), I mark to pit stop again on the next lap and it finally does the pit stop. The summary would appear: (3)--(1)(1)(3) which is totally wrong.

I got a new phone, the Iphone 12 mini, and started it up with the latest cloud save from my old Iphone 7 (iOS 14.4.2). Since the start, I've not gotten any notifications from the game on my new phone. I tried switching it off and on in the notification settings, but nothing changed. I then uninstalled the the app and installed it again, but now I can't see the app at all in the notification setting, and is still not getting any notifications.

To reproduce it, Id have to do a full factory reset on my phone. To reproduce the error of the game not showing up in the notification settings on the phone, all that is needed is to uninstall the game and installing it again.

Was playing yesterday, today i tried to play, took me to the home screen where it says ''press start''
tapped that, then it asked me to connect my facebook account (which is what i used for my account)

After qualifying I choose tyres for one of my drivers and it will say it has chosen that tyre then when I ready up and get into the game it has changed back to softs. Also when in the duel I try pitting or changing strategy and it will revert back to what it was on before or ignore the pit stop which will ruin the race for me as I will have ruined tyres or a broken component. I’ve had the issue a few times before but thought it was bad connection as I was on data but has happened again on WiFi.

On a strong wifi signal, phone in good order with 90%+ battery. No other apps open. This has only started happening since the move to the latest season. It is at the point now when I will ask for the money back for the purchases I have made and then delete the app as the experience is terrible.

Sound settings, both music and sfx, don't register untill the settings menu is opened. I have them set to fully off, but I whenever the app is restarted sound persists (SFX but not music) until I open the settings menu. Then, the sound cuts off as it should.

Series 1 fully completed, Series 3 at 58 flags and Series 2 was at 16 flags prior to completion. After winning, I received a Series 1 chest but was unable to receive it since I had no additional slots.

Ads don't start up, or they will play and not grant awards, need to force-quit the app and restart it to play one ad, then force-quit/restart, play one ad, etc. Sometimes it will get so bad that I will need to reboot the iPad to get an ad to play.

I launched the game.
Answered the phone call to my team.
I ran a race
I received a crate, and in it, I receive tsunoda and mazepin.
At this point I had something else to do so I close the game.
I relaunch it few hours later, the tutorial ask my to assign drivers to cars but I don't have any driver available. I see a crate ready to open but I can't click on it because tutorial doesn't allow me to click where I want.
I tried to empty cache, empty data of application, even reinstall the game but nothing works.
(I'm too unable to go to the settings to see my ID but I've made the screenshot during loading time) .

Conflicting team orders when one driver is on softs and green speed and second driver is on hards with yellow speed. Driver 1 on softs yields to second driver since second driver is on yellow speed. Once driver 2 passes, within 1-2 turns decides to yield to first driver since they are on softs however speed is green. Causes both drivers to jockey and lose ground to drivers ahead while attempting to let other driver pass.

Yes. Put one driver on softs and other driver on hards. Driver on softs green speed and driver on hards on yellow speed. When they are in close proximity of each other they begin to yield to one another.

I play race, first on saturday turnament (netherlands), but this happen in others races to, but first time like this. My driver Leclerc was 15th, and Kimi 21st. Kimi on red tyres and Leclerc on white. I put Lec on middle speed, and Kimi on red (fast) and in moment, Lec stops to Kimi pass. I love this option when they both in race and they are one behind other, but when there is 5 cars between this is to... I can say you how my anger was in that moment. My already bad race because I chose wrong parts for race are totally ruined. And I fortefied in first race.

During the Grand Prix race number 6, my game crashed. During the lap7, an internet error happened. However, I was using the Wi-Fi and all the other devices connected to Wi-Fi at home don’t have a problem. My players were at first and fifth position and I lost 41 points because of the game error. Im very disappointed because I used boost in all races and due this error I can’t qualify for the final part.

When queuing a pitstop, pressing the service car option switches the tyre selection to medium stead of the original selection

I am able to reproduce the issue:
Load into any series (I am currently in Rain Check)
Attempt a pit stop with wheels that are not medium
Select the Service Car option for servicing
Depending on where on the screen your pressed the Service Car option and chance I suppose, your tyres may change to medium

Little heads up that could be the difference between winning and losing a race. After you have selected tires for your pitstop - if you miss the initial “click” for service; if you “click” in the within the blue lines and THEN service or no service - the game will auto switch your tire selection to MEDIUMS. If you “click” within the red lines and THEN service or no service, the game will auto switch your tire selection to WETS. So always double check the tyre icon after deciding on service or no service. As you see, my Ric is running on mediums - that was not the tyre I picked when making my pit order.

Can make a short video if needed. But text and image says it all. And it is not occasionally - it is constant. You have to cancel your pit order and start over if you “click” within the red or blue box before “clicking” service car or no service - otherwise game will auto change your tyre selection.

Seems the whole service box is click through. If you click anywhere within the box that isn’t an active button, it activates the button underneath i.e you actually click the tyre button that’s underneath. If you click on the very narrow line between “Service Car” and “No Service”, then you change your tyre selection to hards, because that’s the button that is in that area underneath the service menu.

It can potentially lose the race for you if you don’t make sure to double check your tyre selection after picking your service order. Need to be looked at quickly.

The safety car is not working, it just comes out and slows everyone down but it lets everyone through the safety car it doesn’t get to make a queue for the restart it becomes a disadvantage

In series 3 when rain is incoming and you have dry pitstop with servicing queued, on accepting the pop up to change to wet tires is changing the pit stop to wet tires without servicing, even though the bottom overview shows wet with servicing.

yes. in a dry to wet race, about 50 secs to start of rain queue for any dry tire pit stop with servicing before the pop up comes and then accept the wet tire change

This behavior of my driver was just enough to lose vs rival and lose many points in GP. I understand sometimes it’s possible to go off the truck but it’s happening too often to be an accident

Once clicking ok on the pre race screen (tyre choice) if you press another tyre it’ll swap to that one not the one chosen before finalising

Yes it can happen with any driver any tyre but seems most common with driver 2 medium and hard tyres. I did this twice by accident after that I tried it on purpose a few times and sadly it’s happening every race I tried it

From what I saw the safety car doesn't come out of the pit lane quick enough allowing the first car to overtake and then I believe that breaks the system causing the other cars to continue to overtake it.
