I know some may not like that approach, but in my opinion, that's how it goes at the top. By all the whining and talking, it's a sign of weakness, use that time to be beating your team mate and getting everything you can out the car.

Those teams are who he should be focusing on. Not talking about Merc. I think Ocon is one to watch out for. I think he is underrated.
