NOTE - BEFORE YOU RECEIVE PERMISSION TO POST YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SERVER RULES BY SCROLLING TO THE END OF THE RULES AND SELECTING YOUR SERVER ROLE BY CLICKING ON THE RELEVANT EMOJI REACTION

Full rules can be found below but here’s a quick guideline for you:

• Don’t be offensive! This includes swearing, insulting others, personal attacks, harassment and anything deliberately inflammatory.

Keep it respectful. This includes chat about real life F1 drivers, teams and the marshals that put their life at risk every race and hope for a safe race for everyone. Wishing harm upon anyone is prohibited.

• No inappropriate… ness! This includes sexual, vulgar or discriminatory language

• Please don’t spam

• Don’t encourage exploiting or rule breaking of our games

• Don’t share any personal information about yourself - you don’t know who’s out there!

Disciplinary action will typically take one of the following forms, dependent on severity:

• Written or system-generated warning
• Temporary Mute
• Temporary Ban
• Permanent Ban

  1. We will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks, harassment, name & shame, or purposeless inflammatory posts. Any abuse towards our Staff or Moderators, in any form, will not be tolerated. If behaviour is deemed to be toxic, Staff members and moderators may ban server members without prior notice.

  2. We will not tolerate inappropriate, sexual, vulgar, discriminatory or offensive language of any sort, this includes homophobia, transphobia, racism or any other language intended to cause offence to a specific group.

  3. Simulated, insinuated or abbreviated swearing is also not allowed. Like the games Hutch creates, this server is also family friendly, so please do not try to bypass the profanity filter that is in place. Moderators and admins have a final say in what is and isn't inappropriate.

  4. You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability or serious disease

  5. Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.

  6. Please refrain from posting 'spam'. A post will be considered as Spam if it's made with no relation to the text channel or the game's content.

  7. When posting in the server you must not misrepresent yourself if you are not an official Moderator or Staff member. Do not deliberately and/or maliciously spread false information about Hutch, their Moderators or employees.(edited)

  1. Discussion or the promotion of products that allow in-game manipulation are strictly prohibited. This includes but isn't limited to: free gold/currency sites, illegal activities, drug references, emulators, music/intellectual property piracy and any discussions on how to run any Hutch game outside officially supported platforms.

  2. Discussing the abuse or exploitation of service platform, payment, refund, rating or similar systems is strictly prohibited. This also applies to discussion regarding game exploits.

  3. "Naming and Shaming" of other players is not allowed along with public accusations of cheating. If you suspect another player is cheating please raise a support ticket via this link (https://hutch.helpshift.com/a/f1-clash/?contact=1) and our customer support team will investigate and where warranted take further action.

  4. If you observe rules being broken, then please do not attempt to self-moderate and take matters into your own hands, always reach out to either a Hutch staff member of moderator who will then investigate and resolve the issue.

  5. Users are permitted to post on only one Discord account. Creating multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban of all accounts.

  6. We welcome the use of any language in our Discord, however, replies from Staff and Moderators will be given in English.

  1. Do not advertise, promote or link to user-run contests related to Hutch without prior written consent from a Hutch staff member.

  2. Server rules also apply to private messages. We do not monitor private messages, but we do investigate all allegations of PM abuse.

  3. Always post in the correct text channel. Should you post in the wrong channel you may find your post is deleted or moved.

  4. If you are banned from the game temporarily, you still have a right to post on our Discord server. If you are permanently banned from the game, you may also be permanently banned from the Discord server.

  5. You are responsible for abiding by Moderator and Staff warnings and infractions against you, within a text channel or made via PM. Ignoring warnings and/or infractions given to yourself or other users of the server can result in further infractions or a ban from the server. Remember, all Moderator and Staff decisions are final.

  1. You may not discuss publicly any (disciplinary) actions taken by Staff, Moderators or Customer Support such as banning, deleting posts, muting etc. Posting publicly any private messages, regardless of topic, that you have received from either Staff, Moderators or Customer Support is prohibited.

  2. Do not create deliberately provocative or insincere posts. Trolling is always prohibited.

  3. The posting of Links/Invites to external Discord servers is not allowed in this server.

  4. Do not share or promote financial information/links.

  5. Should you be banned from the server, you may not create new accounts or have someone post on your behalf, to circumvent the ban.

  6. In the interest of privacy and safety, please do not make available any real-life information about another Discord user, player or member of staff.

  1. The sharing of game content that's not yet released or been announced through official Hutch channels may result in a ban. All leaked content will be removed without warning.

  2. By joining our Discord server, you agree to our server bots logging various member activity. This could include actions such as deleting and/or editing messages, bot removal of posts for profanity, etc, logging of Discord user IDs, and so on.

These are the Discord server rules, however we may add or change these rules at any time and without notice. The length of the ban will be based on the severity and/or frequency of the violation. Users banned from the server are still entitled to game support from our Customer Support team.
